Mary Ann Garner is the Communications Specialist at East Central Tech. Her duties include serving as Webmaster and Desktop Publishing Specialist. Previously, she served as secretary to the economic development and instructional divisions at ECTC.

She is certified as a CIW (Certified Internet Webmaster) Associate. She has a PC Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technical Certificate, and the Multimedia Specialist Technical Certificate from East Central Tech. She also has over 25 years' experience as a typesetter. In addition, she has secretarial experience with the Ben Hill County School System.
