Ms. Susan Hogan is the Director of East Central Tech's Child Development Center. Ms. Hogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University and a Master of Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. She also holds a State of Georgia Department of Education Teacher Certification in early childhood education.

Ms. Hogan gained experience in child care management and supervision during her tenure from 1991-1998 as Director of the First Baptist Preschool Center in Fitzgerald. Prior to becoming director, beginning in 1984, she was a preschool teacher. Ms. Hogan has also worked as an adult literacy instructor for East Central Tech’s Adult Literacy division, and most recently she taught second grade and kindergarten at the Ben Hill County Primary School.
