Mr. Scott Howell serves as as Broadband Technology Instructor at East Central Technical College.

Mr. Howell has more than five years experience as a broadband service technician where his duties included installation, troubleshooting, and employee training. He was also an Area Safety Coordinator, experienced in conducting training on safety regulations and on National Electric Codes. Mr. Howell, who is a graduate of Fitzgerald High School, holds a Master Technician Certification from the National Cable Television Institute (NCTI), and recently completed his Associate Degree of General Studies in Broadband Management.
